摘要
核电转子主要型线结构为叉型型线,叉型叶轮通过叶根销孔将叶轮与叶片相连接,在转子高速运转过程中,通过叉型销钉将叶片牢牢固定在转子上,而安装销钉的叉型销孔多属于深孔加工,且由于受转子本体结构限制,其装夹方式、分度方式、工具、工装都存在一定困难。文章从叉型销孔加工用机床的选择、分度方式、加工方式等方面进行了介绍,分析了加工原理及工艺方案,解决了各种加工难点,最终完成了该产品的国产化。
Fork shape is one of the main structural type for the nuclear power rotor, forked impeller is connected with the blade by the blade root pin hole. When the rotor turns on the high speed, the pin hole and pin are under the considerable centrifugal force,the fork pin hole processing belongs to the deep hole processing, and because of the structure limitation of the rotor, there are some difficulties on fixturings, dividings, tools and toolings. This paper mainly introduces how to choose machine for machining the fork pin holes, dividing and processing and so on, analyzes the processing principle and solution, works out all kinds of machining difficulties, and finally achieves the nationalization of the product.
