摘要
文章主要针对极小、刚性极差、气道型线精度要求极高的叶片展开各项加工试验。尝试了多种加工方法、设备、工具,最终得出一套能满足高设计要求的、较为完善的加工方法。为汽轮机叶片制造行业加工类似极小叶片提供了借鉴和参考。
This aticle takes a number of various processing tests for minimal, poor rigidity, high-precision airfoil blades. Many processing methods, equipments, tools are used, and ultimately a set of processing methods to meet high design requirements and more perfect are obtained. It provides a useful reference for processing the very small blade for the turbine blade manufacturing industry.
