摘要
为减少精加工件在生产过程中环境的腐蚀对后续加工的影响,文章选用普通合金钢对精加工件材料进行研究分析,采用水基防锈液A、防锈油B、水基防锈液C、防锈油D 4种防锈材料对其表面进行处理。并对处理后的普通合金钢和空白试样进行耐切削液、防尘性、耐盐雾、耐湿热性能对比研究。最终选取适宜的防锈材料应用于公司精加工件的工序防锈,从而减少了精加工件的腐蚀。
To reduce the influence of precision machined parts' environmental corrosion to the subsequent production process, this paper chooses ordinary alloy steel as the precision machined parts. Water-based antirust liquid A, antirust oil B, antirust liquid C and antirust oil D are used as surface materials. And cutting fluid resistance, dustproof, salt spray resistance, damp heat resistance of ordinary alloy steel and blank samples are researched. Finally suitable anticorrosive materials are selected to use in the finishing process of antirust, which will reduce the corrosion of precision machined parts.
