摘要
介绍了重钢5#连铸机冷床和下料收集装置利旧搬迁后的使用现状。对冷床连杆、三角摇架、偏心轴等关键部件作了改进及修复;将下料装置的接触器控制改为变频控制,同时增加了下料装置的限位控制。改进后保证了冷床和下料装置的稳定运行,满足了炼钢正常生产的需要。
It is introduced the operation status of cooling bed and cutting-off collecting device of 5# caster of Chong Steel. In its relocation the device is reformed： the key parts such as cooling bed link rod,triangle swing frame and eccentric shaft are improved and repaired; the contactor control is substituted by frequency conversion control,and the position-limiting control is added for cutting-off device. The reformation guarantees the steady operation of cooling bed and cutting-off device,meets the requirement of normal production of steel-making.
