摘要
介绍了承钢为规范进出厂物流秩序、缓解厂内交通压力、减少在厂车辆数量而开发的车辆入厂控制方案。该方案以信息技术为手段,结合厂外停车场应用,从管理和技术上入手,按照事先设定的车辆分类原则,对入厂车辆进行详细的分类并分析每个业务环节的操作时间,通过物流管理系统与检斤系统的有效衔接,设定了预期的在厂车辆数量,采用叫号入厂和总量控制的方式,有效减少了承钢在厂车辆数量。同时对方案实施期间产生的车辆超时、业务异常、工作量增加等问题提出了处理措施。
It is introduced the control plan for the vehicle coming into Cheng Steel developed by ourselves to regulate the logistics order into and out factory,ease the traffic pressure in plant,reduce in-plant amount of vehicle: based on information technique,combined with out-of-plant parking lot utilization,starting from management and technique,classifying the into-plant vehicle in detail according to the pre-set principle and analyzing the operation time for every business stage,setting expected amount for in-plant vehicle by means of the effective cohesion between logistics management system and weighing system,adopting way of calling number and controlling total quantity,effectively reducing amount of the in-plant vehicle. Some measures are proposed to solve the problems brought about in plan operation period: overtime,business being abnormal and increased work load.
