摘要 针对火箭弹小落角碰击目标时其超口径尾翼对引信发火性能影响的问题,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对其碰击目标过程进行数值仿真,得到超口径尾翼对弹头触发引信擦地炸性能影响规律,包括尾翼是否张开、尾翼是否先于弹体碰击到目标、尾翼以不同方位碰击目标等各种工况下引信击针部件戳击运动过程,进而得到引信发火性能。火箭弹超口径尾翼张开后碰击到目标时,尾翼会发生较大的变形,对弹丸落地姿态及引信触发过程有一定影响,会略微降低引信擦地炸性能,且落角越小,影响越大。尾翼先于弹体碰击目标和碰击到目标的尾翼片数量较多时,引信擦地炸性能略有提高。 In the view of the influence of super-caliber fin to firing performance of rocket fuze at small falling angle,the process of projectile impacting targets was simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The regularity of influence of super-caliber fin to graze impact burst performance of warhead contact fuze was got.Including the process of firing pin poking at various conditions,such as whether the fin was open,whether the fin impacted the target in advance of the projectile and with different impacting positions of the fin.Then the firing performance of fuze was got.The results indicate that the fin will transform large when the projectile impacts targets with the supercaliber fin open.It will affect the impact attitude of projectile and the functioning process of fuze.So the graze impact burst performance of fuze will be lower.The performance increases with the falling angle decreasing.When the fin impacts the target in advance of the projectile and the count of fins impacting targets are large,The graze impact burst performance of fuze will be improved.
