通腑化痰法对急性出血性中风血肿吸收速度与神经功能的影响

The Influences of Purging and Resolving Plegm Therapy on the Absorbed Velocity of the Hematoma and Nervous function with Acute Haeorrhagic Apoplexy

目的 :观察通腑化痰法 (中风星蒌通腑胶囊 )治疗急性出血性中风的临床疗效和对患者血肿吸收速度、神经功能的影响。方法 :6 0例患者随机分为 2组 ,在给予常规治疗的基础上 ,治疗组 (30例 )应用中风星蒌通腑胶囊 4粒口服 ,每日 3次 ;2组均治疗 5周。观察 2组患者血肿吸收速度和治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分 ,同时检测高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、低密度脂质蛋白 (LDL)、总胆固醇 (TC)和甘油三酯 (TG)。结果 :治疗组治疗 5周平均血肿吸收量 34.6± 2 .3ml,对照组为 2 6 .5± 1.9ml,2组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;与对照组比较 ,治疗组HDL显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,LDL明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,TC、TG显著降低 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;治疗组治疗 5周后神经功能缺损评分 17.2± 1.3分 ,较对照组 2 5 .5± 1.5分显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,证明中风星蒌通腑胶囊能降低脑水肿、促进血肿溶解液化、吸收和病灶修复、再建。结论 :通腑化痰法能减轻急性出血性中风患者的脑水肿 ,促进血肿吸收和神经功能的恢复 ,提高临床疗效 ,降低致残率 ,而且还可控制脂代谢紊乱 ,降低神经功能损害 ,缓解症状 。

Objective:To observe the curative effets of purging and resolving plegm therapy on acute haemorrhage apoplexy and the effect on the absorbed velocity of the hematoma and nervous function.Methods:60 patients with acute haemorrthagic apoplexy were randomly divided into two groups.Both of two groups conduct normal treatment The treatment group (n=30)was treated with Zhongfengxingloutongfu capsule orally use 4 granulation,three times daily.Five weeks were one therapeutic course for both two groups.Before and after treatment,the damaged nervous function and the absorbed velocity of the hematoma were observed.High density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)were tested.Results:The mean absorbed quantity of the hematoma was (34.6±2.3)ml in treatment group ,the control group was (26.5±1.9)ml,the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.01).By comparison with control group,HDL of the treatment group increased significantly(P0.01),LDL,TC and TG decreased significantly((P<0.05 orP0.01).After therapy in treatment group,the scores of nervous functional effects scores(17.2±1.3)were significantly lower than those scores(25.2±1.5)in control group.(P<0.01)Conclusions:The therapy of purging nad resolving plegm can alleviate the cerebral edema on acute haemorrhagic apoplexy,promote absorption of hematoma and recovery of neurous function,increase the clinically curartive effects and decrease disability rate.
