密集烤房与普通烤房烘烤过程中环境和烟叶颜色的变化 被引量:8

摘要 为探讨密集烤房烘烤特性和为特色优质烟叶密集烘烤工艺技术优化提供理论基础,对标准密集烤房和自然通风普通烤房烘烤过程中烘烤环境及其烟叶颜色的变化进行了研究。结果表明,密集烤房烘烤时间较普通烤房显著减少,总时间减少了34.00 h;变黄期、定色期和干筋期3个阶段的叶间隙风速均极显著高于普通烤房。普通烤房烘烤过程中烟叶颜色值与密集烤房变化趋势相似,但密集烤房烟叶正反面的亮度值L*均高于普通烤房;定色期以前,各处理烟叶红度值a*和黄度值b*差异不明显,定色后期,普通烤房烟叶反面a*值和正反面b*值略小于密集烤房。 To explore curing characteristics of bulk curing barn and to provide theoretical basis for op- timizing the bulk curing technology of feature quality tobacco leaves, the curing environment and color changes of tobacco leaves during curing process between the bulk curing barn and .the traditional flue- curing barn were studied. The results showed that curing time of bulk curing barn was significantly less than that in the traditional flue-curing barn and total time decreased by 34.00 h. The wind speeds at tobacco leaves clearance of yellowing, leaf-drying and stem-drying stage were very significantly higher than that in the traditional flue-curing barn. The change trends of tobacco leaves color of different cu- ring barn were similar. But the brightness value L^+ of front and back of tobacco leaves of bulk curing barn was higher than that of the traditional flue-curing barn. Before leaf-drying stage, the red value a^+ and yellow value b ^+ of tobacco leaves were not significantly different in each treatment. And after leaf- drying stage, the value a^+ of tobacco leaves back and value b^+ of tobacco leaves front and back of tra- ditional flue-curing barn were slightly less than those of the bulk curing barn.
