海南油杉叶挥发油化学成分研究

Chemical Constituents of essential Oil from Keteleeria Hainanensis

摘要 文章采用水蒸气蒸馏萃取法提取海南油杉叶挥发油化学成分,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪从中分离鉴定出41种化学成分,占挥发油总量的97.955%。其中主要成分为β-Caryophyllene(13.372%),β-Pinene(12.398%)和α-pinene(11.665%)。所得的挥发油抗肿瘤细胞实验表明其对BEL-7402,SGC-7901和K-562肿瘤细胞表现出中等抑制活性。 The essential oil obtained by water-steam distillation extraction of the leaves of Keteleeria hainanensis was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Forty-one compounds were characterized accounting for 97.955 % in the oil.The major components were β-Caryophyllene(13.372 %),β-Pinene(12.398 %),and α-pinene(11.665 %).The cytotoxic activities on four human cancer cell lines(SPCA-1,BEL-7402,GSC-7901,K562) were studied by MTT colorimetric assay.The cytotoxic activities showed that the essential oil had moderately active against BEL-7402,SGC-7901 and K-562.
