无氯TATB合成中废溶剂DMF的回收利用研究

摘要 TATB的无氯合成是TATB炸药进一步推广应用的关键问题,文章研究了无氯TATB合成中DMF废溶剂的减压蒸馏回收工艺条件,考察了DMF废溶剂在减压蒸馏过程中温度与真空度之间的关系,优化出较优的工艺参数作为废溶剂DMF的回收工艺参数,并且以回收的DMF作为溶剂,用于新法合成TATB胺化反应,得到的TATB纯度大于96%,满足国军标使用要求。 Synthesis of chorineless TATB is one of key factors of TATB's applications.In the work,rectification and recycling technique conditions of N,N-dimethyllformamide(DMF) waste-solvent from the synthesis of TATB were investigated.The relationship between temperature and vaccum paramters in the rectification process of DMF waste-solvent was also considered.The recyclation technic parameters of DMF waste solvents were optimized.The recycled DMF solvent was applied for the amination step in synthesing TATB.Results indicate that the purities of TATB synthesized in the recycled DMF are all above 96 % which meets the Chinese National Military Standard.
