摘要 羟基蛋氨酸金属螯合物作为一类新型的有机微量元素饲料添加剂,既可提供动物生长所必需的无机微量元素,又可提供蛋氨酸营养源,成为饲料添加剂的新宠,蓬勃发展起来。文章从羟基蛋氨酸、无机微量元素、羟基蛋氨酸金属螯合物、羟基蛋氨酸及其金属螯合物作为饲料添加剂的生物化学机理等角度阐述了羟基蛋氨酸及其金属螯合物在饲料添加剂中的应用进展,并对该领域的未来发展趋势进行了展望。 The metal chelates of hydroxymethionine are a kind of organic trace element additives,which could provide the necessary inorganic trace elements in animal growth as well as nutrient source of methionine.Such additives have been achieved a booming development as a new favorite of feed additives in recent years.In the paper,the research progress on applications of hydroxymethionine and its metal chelates in feed additives is reviewed,based on hydroxymethionine,inorganic trace elements,metal chelates of hydroxymethionine,biochemical mechanism of hydroxymethionine and its metal chelates as feed additives,and so on.Furthermore,the future development of such feed additives is prospected.
