摘要
某生活垃圾填埋场处于中后期,产生的渗滤液具有氨氮浓度高,可生化性差的特点,采用混凝沉淀—氨氮吹脱—两级A/O—MBR—纳滤—反渗透组合工艺,进水CODCr、BOD5、NH4+-N的质量浓度分别为6000、2500、2500mg/L,进水CODCr、BOD5、NH4+-N的去除率99.75%、99.88%、99.2%,出水指标达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889-2008)表2标准。
Leachate has the characteristics of high concentration of ammonia nitrogen,poor biochemical purification from waste landfill in the mid and late part.The combined process included flocculation sedimentation,pulse ammonia nitrogen stripping,two grade A/O,MBR,nanofiltration and reverse osmosis.Influent concentration of CODCr,BOD5,NH4+-N is 6000,2500,2500mg/L.While,removal rate of CODCr,BOD5 and NH4+-N is 99.75 %,99.88 % and 99.2%.The main effluent quality index reached the second standard of effluent limits of leachate form house refuse landfill in "Pollution control standard for domestic waste landfill site"(GB 16889-2008).
