煤制气装置尾气碳捕集工艺研究及优化 被引量:1

摘要 目前,随着CO2等温室气体的大量排放,"温室效应"导致的地球气候变暖越来越引起世界各国的关注,如何"节能减排"、"低碳环保"也成为国内外学术界关注的热点。将工业废气中的CO2捕集液化后作为CO2-EOR驱油的气源,不仅具有可观的经济效益,还将带来巨大的环保贡献。本文将针对煤制气装置排放的尾气,在传统的低温分馏工艺基础上进行研究,提出优化工艺技术,降低装置能耗,为CO2-EOR驱油提供稳定的气源。 At present,the earth's climate warming caused by "greenhouse effect" has been paid attention by more and more people in the word along with emissions of greenhouse gases such as CO2,etc.It has become the hot spot in the academic circles at home and abroad how to realize energy-saving,emission reduction,low-carbon and environmental protection.It has considerable economic benefits to liquefy CO2 captured from Industrial waste gas as gas source of CO2-EOR,but also bring tremendous contribution to the environmental protection.The paper will focus on the tail gas from Coal gas producing device.It is studied on the basis of traditional Cryogenic rectification process,put forward the optimization technology,reduce the energy consumption of unit,and provide stable air supply for CO2 EOR.
