摘要
笔者以某聚丙烯装置主管廊的设计为例,从管廊的结构设置、管廊上管道的布置以及管廊上平台的布置等方面,对大型石化装置多层管廊的设计进行重点说明。管廊的宽度和层数主要由管道的数量和管径的大小决定,合理的布置将减少装置用地和节省管道。文章根据管廊的特点从管廊平面布置、管廊空间的合理利用、界区操作平台和管架设置探讨管廊上管道布置的合理性、紧凑性以及经济性。
Author in charge of the design of the main pipe rack of a polypropylene unit,highlights the design of multilayer pipe rack for large petrochemical plant from the set up of structure,arrangement of pipe and platform in pipe rack.The width and layers of the pipe rack are primarily dependent on the number and size of the pipes in rack.Reasonable arrangement of the pipe rack will reduce the space and the number of pipe.This article investigates the rationality,compactness and economy of the pipe rack from the aspects of layout,space,and the set up of platform and support according to the characteristics of the pipe rack.
