摘要
依据JJF 1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》对连续流动法测定烟草中钾含量的不确定度进行评定,结果表明标准溶液的配制和标准曲线的拟合是不确定度的主要来源。测量结果的标准不确定度为0.04%,在95%的置信水平下,取包含因子为k=2,其扩展不确定度为0.08%。
The determination uncertainty of potassium in tobacco by continuous flow analysis method was evaluated based on JJF 1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement.Main sources of uncertainty were the standard solution preparation and linear regression equation.The standard uncertainty of measurement results was 0.04 %,and the expanded uncertainty(α=0.05,k=2) was 0.08 % for potassium.
