摘要
文章以纺织品中可释放4-氨基偶氮苯的检测实验为例,介绍本科生综合分析化学实验课程的教学实践。从样品处理、检测理论、实验教学内容及实验效果等方面进行课程设计,从而提高学生对仪器分析理论联系实践的能力和综合素质。
The paper takes the detection experiment of 4-Aminoazobenzene released by textiles as an example,introducing the teaching practice of the experimental course of Undergraduate Comprehensive Analytical Chemistry.It carries out curriculum design from the sample preparation,detection theory,experimental teaching contents and the experiment effects,so as to improve the students' ability of instrument analysis and integrating theory with practice.
