纳米氧化铽模拟氧化酶的制备、性能及其催化机理研究

摘要 通过水热法合成了氧化铽纳米材料,并将合成的氧化铽纳米材料进行了TEM和XRD表征,同时研究了氧化铽对氧气氧化3,3’,5,5’-四甲基联苯二胺(TMB)发生显色反应的催化性能,并研究了类酶催化反应的动力学特征,得到米氏常数(Km)为0.123 m M和最大反应速率(Vm)为2.6×10-6 M·s-1。探究了氧化铽氧化TMB的催化机理,可能是由于氧化铽表面的晶格氧导致其催化氧气氧化TMB。 Nano terbium oxide was synthesized by simple hydrothermal method were found to possess oxidase-like catalytic properties, and its structure was studied through TEM and XRD. The catalytic performance of Tb203 for the oxidation of 3,Y,5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) were researched by measuring the UV-visible absorbance of the oxidation product of TMB. The study also provided insight into catalytic mechanism.
