摘要
为了验证ZnO光催化剂对电厂烟气中NO的氧化效果,对初始浓度300 ppm的NO气体进行了紫外光下负载型ZnO光催化实验。研究所采用的纳米ZnO光催化材料由水热合成法制备,并与商业ZnO的效果进行了对比。用SEM和XRD对其进行了表征。实验结果表明,特定条件下,NO的氧化率达到14%,说明ZnO应用到气相光催化时还需要一定改进。
To verify the oxidation effect of NO mainly emitted from power plant by ZnO photocatalyst, phtocatalytic experiments on loaded ZnO with UV irradiation for treating NO (inlet concentration≈300 ppm) was carried out. Nano-ZnO adopted in the experiments was made by hydro-thermal approach, of which oxidation effect of NO was compared with commercial ZnO. The two kinds of ZnO samples were tested by SEM and XRD. The results showed that 14 % NO oxidation efficiency was got under certain experimental conditions, which indicated that modification was needed when applied to gas-phase photocatalysis.
