摘要
通过硼酸和含羟基的预聚体缩聚反应制备了掺硼有机硅树脂(BSR)。红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振(NMR)测试表明,硼以-Si-O-B-O-Si键形式掺入到有机硅树脂骨架中。当水用量为60%、单体配比R/Si为1.3时,合成树脂的粘稠度及流动性较好,耐受温度达到480℃左右,与纯有机硅树脂相比,耐热性得到显著提高。
A novel boron-doped silicone resin (BSR) has been synthesized by poly-condensation of boric acid and pre-polymer with hydroxyl group. Infrared spectrum (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) results showed that boron has been successfully introduced as doping element into the silicone resin as Si-O-B-O-Si chains. Thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) curves indicated that the thermal stability of the silicone resin has been greatly improved after being doped with boron. With the dosage of water of 60 % and the ratio of monomer (R/Si) of 1.3, the synthesized resin behaves better viscosity and liquidity, and the heat-resistant temperature as high as 480 ℃.
