摘要
通过Perkin反应,以香兰素和乙酸酐为原料,在碳酸钾的催化下,合成乙酰阿魏酸,再经氨水催化水解、硫酸酸化处理,制备阿魏酸。采用正交实验研究了反应时间、催化剂用量、乙酸酐/香兰素物料比对反应的影响,结果表明乙酸酐/香兰素物料比对反应影响最大。该工艺与原有路线相比,具有成本低、收率高、污染少的优点。
Ferulic acid was prepared through the ammonia-catalyzed hydrolysis of acetyl ferulic acid, which was synthesized by Perkin reaction using vanillin and acetic anhydride as starting materials. The influence factors such as reaction time, the amount of catalyst and the ratio of acetic anhydride to vanillin were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the ratio of acetic anhydride to vanillin is the most important influence factor. Compared with the current method, our method has the advantages of low cost, high yield and less pollution.
