摘要
通过选用新型筑炉材料、改进筑炉工艺,从而使电解炉的密闭性和保温性能大幅提升,电解炉寿命由原来的不足3个月提高到12个月以上、单炉月产量由原来的3.6吨提高到4.2吨、单位电耗由原来的9600度/吨下降到8300度/吨、Si、Al杂质含量由原来的300 ppm以上降到现在的100 ppm以下。
By selecting new materials and improving the process of the furnace building ,the furnace's air tightness and thermal have been greatly increased ,the furnace's lifetime has been improved from less than 3 months to over 12 months, the production has been increased from 3.6 tone to 4.2 tone per furnace per month, the power consumption has been decreased from 9600 degree per tone to 8300 degree per tone ,and the consents of Si and AI has been decreased from higher than 300 ppm to lower than 100 ppm.
