紫外分光光度法测定狼牙刺花中生物碱含量 被引量:6

Determinaton of Alkaloids in the Flowers of Sophora Viciifolia Hance by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry

摘要 为考察狼牙刺花中生物碱的含量,采用酸性乙醇提取生物碱,以苦参碱为对照品,溴甲酚绿为显色剂,在缓冲溶液pH为3.05条件下,用紫外分光光度法于416 nm处测定狼牙刺花中生物碱含量。结果表明,测定在1.1111~5.5556 mg/L范围内,线性关系良好,回归方程为A=0.0861C-0.0303,r=0.9995(n=5);平均加标回收率为96.89%,RSD为2.03%(n=6);狼牙刺花中生物碱的平均含量为0.2159%。该实验验方法操作简便、快速,测定结果准确、可靠。 To investigate the content of alkaloids in the flowers of Sophora viciifolia Hance, used acidic ethanol to extract alkaloids of its flowers. With matrine as reference substance, bromocresol green as color developing reagent, and under buffer solution pH=3.05 condition, ultraviolet spectrophotometry method was used to determine alkaloids in the flowers of Sophora viciifolia Hance at the wavelength of 416 nm. The results showed that determination within 1.1111~5.5556 mg/L, a good linear regression equation for A=0.0861C-0.0303, r=0.999 5(n=5); the average sample recovery was 96.89 %, RSD was 2.03 %(n=6); the average content of alkaloids in flowers of Sophora viciifolia Hance was 0.2159 %. The test method is simple, fast and the result is accurate and reliable.
