摘要
氮肥是农作物生长必不可少的肥料之一。传统化肥中氮的测定多采用凯氏定氮法,这个方法检测过程复杂、周期长,效率低。当不清楚化肥中氮含量范围时,很容易出现较大误差及误判。文章采用分光光度法对化肥中总氮含量进行测定,根据硝态氮在301 nm处吸光度随浓度呈良好的线性关系这个理论来进行试验。该方法对每个测试样品的检验时间短、效率高、准确性好。在实际化肥检验中缩短了检测周期,提高了检测效率。
One of the nitrogen is an essential part of crop fertilizer. Traditional on the determination of nitrogen in fertilizer with kjeldahl determination, the method detection process complex, cycle is long, low efficiency. When not clear scope of nitrogen content in the fertilizer, it is easy to appear larger error and miscalculation. In the paper, using spectrophotometric method for determination of total nitrogen content in the fertilizer, according to the nitrate nitrogen at 301 nm absorbance had good linear relationship with the concentration of this theory to experiment. The method for each test sample test time is short, high efficiency and good accuracy. In actual fertilizer test shortens testing cycle, improve the detection efficiency.
