摘要 以赣南苏区的钨和稀土资源产业发展现状为分析基础,以钨和稀土资源产业对创新型化工类人才的实际需求情况为出发点,对江西理工大学化学工程与工艺专业本科生的教学内容和实践教学环节等进行了设计和优化,建立了一种以服务于地方特色产业升级为立足点的化工专业本科生培养模式,以期实现人才培养与赣南苏区的钨和稀土区域产业集群的无缝对接,进而满足赣南苏区钨和稀土资源产业发展对化工类特色人才的要求。 The current development status of tungsten and rare earth resources industry in the Jiangxi Soviet area was set as the analysis of foundation, with the actual demand of fostering of innovative chemical engineering professionals for the serving of tungsten and rare earth resources industry was set as the starting point, the teaching content and teaching practice for the major of Chemical Engineering and Technology in the Jiangxi University of Science and Technology were optimized and designed, a training mode with the characteristic of the serving of upgrading of local characteristics industry was established. Thus, the seamless docking of the talent cultivation with tungsten and rare earth industry cluster can be realized. Furthermore, the requirement of culturing of innovative chemical engineering professionals for the development of tungstan and rare earth resources industry in the Jiangxi Soviet area could be fulfilled.
