摘要
依据PDCA循环原理,对《食品安全与卫生》课程实施项目化教学的改进,对实施过程中遇到的实际问题进行分析、提出改进对策并通过实践检验改进结果。实践结论表明,将PDCA循环运用于《食品安全与卫生》课程进行项目化教学是有成效的,对提高该课程的教学质量起到积极的效果。
According the PDCA circulation theory, to implement the project teaching improvements of “food safety and sanitation” course, to analyzes the actual problems in the implementation process, to puts forward some countermeasures for improvement, and to improve the result through practice test. Practice conclusion shows that the application of PDCA cycle to the food safety and sanitation course teaching is effective, and having the positive effect to the teaching quality of the course.
