摘要
应用溶剂挥发、加入反溶剂、熔融等方法对固体药物阿戈美拉汀进行重结晶,能够得到3种晶型,分别使用红外光谱测定、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、质谱(MS)等仪器分析方法进行表征,比较了所得晶型的稳定性以及溶解度等性质。该实验结合了化学与生物学热点问题,综合性较强,可作为大学本科综合实验的教学内容。
In this study,three crystal forms of solid drug Agomelatine were prepared by the methods of solvent evaporation,adding reverse solvent and melting.They were characterized by infrared spectrum,DSC analyses and ESI-MS.Moreover,their distinct melting points and solubilities were investigated.This experiment integrating chemical and biological hot issue is suitable to be designed as a comprehensive chemical experiment.
