摘要
实验教学示范中心经过增量发展之后逐渐步入"后建设时期",实现内涵式发展、持续性发展的关键在于充分认识实验中心的自组织特性,深入挖掘大学生社会网络的结构与关系特征。温州大学经管实验中心结合自身资源特色,在实验教学资源评级与开发、实验教学资源重构与整合、自组织团队组建与持续互动等方面做出了一些尝试,为打造具备开放性、非平衡、非线性、涨落性的实验中心自组织系统提供了借鉴。
How to obtain sustainable innovation in post-construction era is the critical mission in connotative development of experimental teaching demonstration center.The combination of self-organizing characteristics within experimental center and the structure-relational characteristics of college students' social networks should provide guidance to solve this problem.Wenzhou University Economics and Management Experiment Center has made significant exploration in building a self-organizing system to make an opening,not equilibrium,nonlinearity and instability innovation circumstance,such as rating,exploiting,reconstruction and integration of laboratory resources,self-organizing team building and continuous interaction.These strategies will provide references for constructing self-organizing experiment centers.
