摘要 设计并实现了基于微博的实训课程教学改革,突破传统实训场所的局限,将教学空间和时间大大延伸。通过微博平台辅助实训教学,改变了过去"教→学→做"单向的实训模式,实现了相互融合的多向发展模式,在学生与教师、学生与学生、学生与企业专业人员之间搭建一个通畅交流的平台。在这过程中,有效实施了创新头脑风暴和过程考核机制,提高了学生对于实训教学的积极性和创新能力。 This article designs and implements the reform of practical training curriculum based on microblogging,which breaks through the limitations of traditional training places and greatly extends the teaching space and time.Compared with the practical training teaching in past which is unidirectional way of training mode,it has achieved a multi-directional mode of development of mutual integration with microblogging platform.Therefore,it can provide a smooth communication between students and teachers,students and students,and students and business professionals.In addition,the brainstorming and evaluation mechanism during process have been effectively implemented,which can greatly improve the students' enthusiasm for the practical training teaching and innovative ability.
