摘要
在阐述影响铁路货场作业能力的取送车能力、装卸作业能力、货位能力及搬运能力(进、出货)4种作业能力的基础上,通过引入调车不均衡系数,计算货场改造前取送车作业能力和改造后取送车能力,分析货场损失的作业能力,提出采用还建装卸设施(方案Ⅰ)和补偿装卸机械(方案Ⅱ)2种能力补偿方案,结合铁路货场实际情况,确定方案Ⅱ可行。
Based on expounding the 4 operation capacities influencing the operation capacity of railway freight yard, such as wagon placing-in and taking-out capacity, loading operation capacity, freight section capacity and conveying capacity(stock and shipment), through introducing unbalanced coefficient of shunting car, calculating the operation capacity of placing-in & taking-out wagons before and after freight yard reconstruction and analyzing operation capacity of freight yard loss, this paper puts forward 2 capacity compensation programs, one is loading facilities upgrading(Program I), and the other is loading machines extension(Program II), through combining with actual status of railway freight yard, Program II was determined feasible.
