摘要
目的:探讨神经电生理检测在肘管综合征中的诊断价值。方法:对25例临床诊断为肘管综合征的患者进行了神经传导速度和针极肌电图的检测。结果:25例患者中,7条尺神经感觉传导速度测定诱发波形消失,13条尺神经感觉潜伏期延长,波幅降低或(和)感觉神经传导速度减慢,感觉神经异常率为80.0%;伴有尺神经运动末端潜伏期延长或动作电位波幅下降23条,运动神经异常率为92.0%。11块小指展肌可见失神经电位,运动单位电位平均时限延长21块。结论:神经电生理检测对肘管综合征有重要的定位诊断价值,肘上至肘下运动传导速度测定比感觉神经传导速度测定的异常率要高,增加肘上、下微移电位的运动传导速度测定对尺神经损伤的定位诊断有早期诊断价值。
Objective: To observe the value of electroneurophysiological examination in the diagnosis of cubital tunnel syndrome (CTS). Methods: The nerve conduction velocity (NCV) and EMG were performed in 25 patients with cubital tunnel syndrome. Results: Sensory action potential were disappeared in 7 cases, and delayed or slow sensory conduction velocity in 13 cases. The abnormal rate of sensory nerve was 80.0%. Abnormal MRV results were also observed in 23 nerves. The abnormal rate of MCV was 92.0%. And denervation potentials were found by EMG in 11 cases. Conclusion: Electroneurophysiological examination plays an important role in the topical diagnosis of cubital tunnel syndrome. The abnormal rate of MCV is higher than that of SCV in across elbow segment. Determination of the ulnar nerve injuried location by inching test is valuable in early diagnosis
