文章论述了国内外八位半数字多用表的生产状况。详细论述八位半数字多用表技术指标、设计原理和线路。系统地分析论证测量直流电压、直流电流、电阻、交流电压、交流电流和交流频率的原理的测量误差,并且给出具体器件的选择,也阐述了研制八位半数字多用表的技术特点以及与国外的差距。
This paper describes the production status of eight and a half digit digital multimeter abroad and at home. And the specifications, design principles and circuits of the eight and a half digit digital multimeter are described in detail. Furthermore, the measurement error of the principles for measuring DC voltage, DC current, resistance, AC voltage, AC current, and AC frequency are analyzed and demonstrated, and the choice of specific components is given. Finally, the technological characteristics the developed eight and a half digit digital multimeter and the gap compared with foreign products are explained.
