摘要
作为能源消费大国,我国的能源消费结构中存在煤炭消费比例过大,工业能耗高,技术水平落后,能源效率国内地区差异较大等问题。从能源消费量、GDP单位能源消耗、能源消费结构、单位产出排放、主要高能源产业单位能耗等方面,对我国的能源效率进行了实证分析,并与世界主要国家的能源效率进行了比较,认为技术因素、政策制度、能源消费结构和市场化水平是影响能源效率的主要因素,应从上述影响因素着手不断提高能源效率,以缓解我国能源供需矛盾,减轻节能减排压力。
As a country consuming large amount of energy,China has many problems in energy consumption structure,like over high proportion of coal consumption,high industrial energy consumption,lagging technology and great regional difference in energy efficiency. From such aspects as energy consumption,per unit GDP energy consumption,energy consumption structure,unit production emission and unit energy consumption in major high energy industries,China＇s energy efficiency was investigated and compared with that of the main countries in the world. The technology,policy,energy consumption structure and marketization degree are considered as the major factors influencing the energy efficiency. Measures should be taken by considering these factors to enhance the energy efficiency,regulate the imbalance between supply and demand,and alleviate the pressure of emission reduction.
