摘要
由于低温多效海水淡化系统有大量的低温余热被浪费,造成系统的能耗增大,而热泵可以将低温热能提升为高温热能,所以热泵与低温多效系统联合运行可以使热量得到最大化的利用。对此,通过对有、无热泵应用于低温多效的循环系统进行计算研究,得出有热泵参与时,整个系统的单位能耗为23.27(k W·h)/t,是无热泵低温多效系统单位能耗的1/7倍。因此,热泵应用于低温多效系统可使海水淡化系统的能耗显著降低,并达到节能环保的目的。
Due to waste of large amount of low temperature waste heat,the low temperature multi effect distillation( LT-MED) seawater desalination system's energy consumption is increased. Since the low temperature heat can be transferred into high temperature heat by heat pumps,the combined operation of heat pump and LT- MED seawater desalination system can make full use of the heat. Thus,investigation on the LT-MED system equipped with and without heat pumps was conducted. The results show that,when the heat pump was applied,the unit energy consumption of the whole system was 23. 27( k W·h) / t,which is about 1 /7 times of that of the LT-MED system without heat pump. Therefore,application of heat pump in the LT-MED system can reduce the energy consumption effectively.
