摘要 火电厂锅炉总燃料跳闸(MFT)是实现锅炉保护功能的安全仪表系统,为了确保安全功能的正常运行,对其进行了预防性维修策略的研究。结合火电厂实际运行工况,以MFT的炉膛压力保护系统为研究对象,建立了马尔科夫模型;应用可靠性和安全性理论,以可用率和可靠性最高、维修费用最低为目标,实施多目标优化策略;在规程规定时间范围内,优化预防性维修间隔。 Main fuel trip( MFT) in thermal power plants is a safety instrumented system which can achieve tripping protection for boilers. In order to ensure normal operation of the safety function,preventive maintenance strategy research was carried out. On the basis of the actual operation,the Markov model for furnace pressure protection function of the MFT was established. The reliability and security theory were applied to perform multi-objective optimization strategy,by taking the highest availability and reliability,and lowest maintenance cost as the goals. Moreover,the preventive maintenance intervals were optimized within the time range the regulations ruled.
