摘要
教育心理学认为,人的一生中概括起来主要从事两类活动:一是改造客观世界的活动;二是改造主观世界的活动。前一类活动统称为"工作",后一类活动统称为"学习",架起这两者间桥梁的正是近年来异军突起的"工作场所学习"。拓展性学习是工作场所学习中应用最广、影响最大的一种新兴学习模式,而革新实验室则是将拓展性学习应用于实践领域的一个基础模型。在实体上,革新实验室是一个嵌入在工作场所之中,拥有众多干预工具,用于构建新型实践活动模式的微型实验场。在形式上,革新实验室是不同主体在同一空间的真实情境中考察不同时间段的实践活动形式,并通过维果斯基"双重刺激"的方法激发新思想、产生新概念、形成新实践活动,进而催生拓展性学习的一套形成性干预方法。
According to the Educational Psychology, there are two kinds of activities we are engaged in during the whole life: the activities that transform the objective world and the activities that alter the subjective world. The former activities are collectively called "work" by us, and the latter one is named "learning". "Workplace Learning" which emerges recently is just the bridge across these two kinds of activities. In the area of Workplace Learning, the Expansive Learning is a kind of newly developing learning model which has profound impact and is applied broadly.And the Change Laboratory is a basic model for the application of Expanding Learning in the field of practice. The Change Laboratory is physically a micro range embedded in the workplace and used to construct a new mode of practice with the help of many intervention tools; In form, it is a formative intervention method that different subjects investigate the practice form in different periods in that same real situation, and Double Stimulation Method of Vygotsky is utilized to stimulate new ideas, produce new concepts, form new practice activity, to create the Expansive Learning.
