摘要
目的探讨对乳腺癌根治术患者实施护理干预的效果。方法 60例确诊为乳腺癌患者,并将所有患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。其中观察组实施综合护理;对照组实施常规护理。结果观察组患者住院期间只有2例出现皮下积液,而对照组13例患者出现不良并发症,两组之间的差异具有显著性。结论对乳腺癌根治术患者实施护理干预可以有效降低并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of the implementation of nursing intervention in patients with breast cancer radical. Methods 60 cases of patients diagnosed with breast cancer, and all of the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group implement comprehensive nurs- ing. The control group routine nursing. Results The observation group of patients in the hospital, only 2 cases with subcu- taneous effusion during adverse complications observed in 13 patients and control group, the difference between the two groups have statistical significance. Conclusion For patients with breast cancer radical nursing intervention can effective- ly reduce the complications.
