摘要
目的探讨细节管理在消毒供应护理管理中的应用。方法随机抽取消毒供应室60名医务人员作为研究对象分为两个阶段。比较2013年3月-2013年10月(对照组)和2014年3月~2014年10月(观察组)的细节管理在医务人员的满意度。结果观察结果显示,细节管理后对护理人员的满意度显著提高,两组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。在实施细节管理后,护理人员的服务意识、安全问题识别能力以及差错防范意识等情况显著提升,两组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心内,实施细节管理有助于提高护理质量与临床科室的满意度,值得在护理工作中推广使用。
Objective Study discusses the application of details management in the management of disinfection supply nursing. Methods Our hospital since March 2014, details on the management of disinfection supply room nurs- ing management. A random sample disinfection supply room 60 medical personnel as the research object. This research is divided into two stages. Comparison in October 2013 - March 2013 (control group) and March 2014 - October 2014 (ob- servation group) the details of themanagement in medical staff satisfaction, Results Observation results show that the de- tail management before and after the nursing staff satisfaction improved significantly, the data in line with the statistical difference (P 〈 0.05). Medical staff satisfaction observation group was obviously higher than that of control group. After the implementation details of management, nurses" service consciousness, safety recognition ability and error awareness is significantly increased, data accord with statistical difference (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Within the disinfection supply cen- ter, implementation details management is helpful to improve nursing quality and satisfaction of clinical departments, is worth popularizing in the nursing work.
