不同升温速率下煤自燃机理函数的优化——基于人工鱼群算法 被引量:2

摘要 为了确定最优的煤自燃机理函数,首先采用热重实验和热解动力学方法建立煤氧化反应的热分析动力学方程,再利用人工鱼群算法对煤自燃氧化方程进行优化,最终确定最优的煤自燃机理函数。该方法能较好的确定最优化煤自燃机理函数,且具有较好的拟合效果。对不同变质的煤样进行煤自燃机理函数的人工鱼群算法研究,并以双鸭山东荣二矿14层采区的煤样为例进行热重实验分析,得到不同转化率下的活化能。利用人工鱼群算法对不同升温速率下所得的煤自燃机理函数方程进行优化,结果表明煤自燃的最概然机理函数类型为[-ln(1-α)]n,反应级数n随着升温速率升高而降低。 In order to determine the optimal function of spontaneous combustion of coal, this paper firstly used TG and pyrolysis kinetics of the ways to build coal oxidation reaction kinetic equations of thermal analysis, reused AFSA equation for the oxidation of coal spontaneous combustion op- timization to determine the optimal coal spontaneous combustion mechanism functions. This method could determine the optimal function of spontane- ous combustion of coal, and had a better fitting effect of coal samples with different rank AFSA study of coal spontaneous combustion mechanism func- tions,combined Shuangyashan coal mine two 14- storey Dongrong mining area sample example TGA experiment analysis, different activation energy conversion rate,the use of artificial fish swarm algorithm obtained at different heating rates of coal spontaneous combustion optimization function equation. The results showed : That the most probable mechanism function of the type of coal spontaneous combustion, the reaction order with the heat- ing rate had declined.
