Influencing Factors and Interaction Effect to New Energy Industry Security

新能源产业是一个经济效益、社会效益和环境效益兼具的战略性新兴产业,是我国"十二五"规划的重要领域,其产业安全问题关乎国家经济安全和能源安全。在全球经济一体化的今天,新能源产业安全受到来自多方面因素的综合影响。从宏观和微观两个维度分析了新能源产业安全的影响因素及其交互效应,构建了交互效应模型,为新能源产业安全问题的识别、评价指标体系的构建和对策的制定奠定基础。

New energy industry was a strategic emerging industry. Having economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits, new ener- gy industry listed as an important area of ＂Twelfth Five Year Plan＂, and its industry security related to national economic security and energy security. New energy industry security was affected by various factors in today＇s global economic integration.This paper analyzed the influencing factors of the new energy industry security from macro and micro dimensions. Also it analyzed the interaction effect and built the interaction model of macro and mi- cro factors. The research laid the foundation for the identification of security issues, the establishment of evaluation index system and of new energy industry security.
