X80管线钢不同组织形态的显微结构特征研究 被引量:6

摘要 现代管线钢是一种控轧、控冷状态的低碳微合金化钢。由于低碳、超低碳和多元的微合金化设计,以及在控轧、控冷过程中温度、变形量、冷却速度等不同工艺参数的变化,管线钢的显微组织形态呈现多样性和复杂性。在对西气东输二线工程中不同厂家生产的X80管线钢显微组织大量分析的基础上,总结出来X80管线钢显微组织类型、形成机理、形貌特征和鉴别方法。为便于从事研究开发和检验的人员对管线钢的组织进行分析和鉴别,文章简要介绍X80管线钢几种主要组织形态的显微结构特征。 Modem pipeline steel is a kind of low-carbon and micro-alloy steel which makes use of controlled rolling & controlled cooling process technology. Due to low carbon and multi micro-alloy design and the variety of the parameters such as temperature, deformation and cooling speed during the process of controlled rolling and controlled cooling, the pipeline steel microstructures exhibit the character of diversity and complexily. On the basis of great amount analysis of the X80 pipeline steel by different pipe mills in the 2na west-east gas transmis- sion pipeline project, the type, formation mechanism, morphology feature and identification method of the XS0 pipeline steel are concluded. In order to analyze and identify the mierostmcture of pipeline steel, this thesis introduces microstructure morphologies features of X80 pipeline steel.
