摘要
目的:检测Hes1在大鼠脊髓发育过程中不同阶段的表达。方法:选取胚胎15.5 d、18.5 d和出生当天,出生后3 d、7 d、2周、4周及成年的SD大鼠脊髓,采用Western blot和荧光定量PCR检测Hes1在大鼠脊髓发育过程中的表达。结果:从胚胎15.5 d到成年期,大鼠脊髓中都有Hes1的表达,具有一定的变化规律,总体上来看,胚胎期表达量比较高,出生后的表达降低。结论:Hes1在大鼠脊髓发育过程中的不同阶段表达量有所不同,胚胎期表达量高,出生后表达量明显下降。
Objective: To detect the expression of Hes1 in the development process of rat spinal cord. Methods: The rat spinal cord at embryonic day 15. 5 and 18. 5,the day of birth,3 days after birth,7 days,2 weeks and 4 weeks,and adult rat spinal cord were harvested,the Hes1 expressions of which were detected by the fluorescence quantitative PCR and Western blot. Results: The expressions of Hes1 in the rat spinal cord of 15. 5 d to adulthood were found,which showed certain regular changes. The expressions of Hes1 in embryonic stages of rat was high,which was decreased after birth. Conclusions: The expression of Hes1 at different stages of the rat spinal cord development is different,which was high in the embryonic period,and was depressed after birth.
