彩色多普勒超声在肱动脉损伤诊治中的应用

The application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of brachial artery injury

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在肱动脉损伤诊疗中的应用效果。方法:对应用彩色多普勒超声进行检查的38例肱动脉损伤并出现不同程度上肢血运障碍患者的声像表现进行观察,并对其在治疗中的应用价值进行探讨。结果:在38例患者中,超声提示肱动脉损伤并伴有血栓的患者共21例,经手术证实18例;提示肱动脉损伤可能17例,经手术证实15例。在患者治疗后1周和2周后复查显示患者肱动脉内的血栓已明显减小。结论:彩色多普勒超声是肱动脉损伤诊断以及治疗、预后观察的最直接手段,准确率较高。

Objective： To explore the application effects of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of brachial artery injury. Methods： The color Doppler ultrasound imaging of brachial artery injury complicated with different degree blood supply obstacle of upper limb in 38 cases were observed,the treatment value of which was explored. Results： Twenty-one cases with brachial artery injury complicated with thrombosis were found using ultrasound,18 cases of which were determined by operation. Seventeen cases with possible brachial artery injury were found using ultrasound,15 cases of which were determined by operation. The thrombosis in brachial artery of patients decreased significantly 1 and 2 weeks after treatment. Conclusions： Color Doppler ultrasound is the most direct means in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of brachial artery injury,which is high accuracy.
