补脑胶囊质量标准的研究

方法 :采用TLC法对补脑胶囊中大黄、人参、枳壳进行了定性鉴别 ,并应用HPLC法对补脑胶囊中天麻含量进行测定。结果 :平均回收率 99.2 % ,RSD 0 .77%。结论 :此方法简便、准确、灵敏 ,且重现性好 ,其它组方对测定无干扰 。

1.Methods:Reheum offcinate Baill,Panax ginseng C.A Mey and Citrus aurantium in Strengthening Brain Capsule have been identified by TLC.And HPLC is applied to measure the content of Gastrodia elala BL.in Strengthening Brain Capsule.2.Resulte:The average returning rate is 99.2% and RSD is 0.77%.3.Conclusions:The Method is not only convenient and precise but also sensitive.And it can be repeated well too.Other preparations don't affect the examination.So it can be regarded as the standard of controlling the quality of the preparation.
