“品管圈”在减少住院药房药品损耗中的应用与成效

Application of quality control circle in reducing the loss of inhospital pharmacy drugs

目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高住院药房服务品质、降低住院药房药品损耗中的应用。方法:将品管圈活动应用到减少药品损耗中,分析其原因,制定相应的对策并实施,同时评估该活动的效果。结果:开展品管圈活动后,住院药房药品损耗下降了39.4%,收到良好效果。结论:推行品管圈活动,可降低住院药房药品损耗,在保证临床用药安全有效的前提下,实现了合理使用有限的医疗资源。

Objective： To investigate the application of quality control circle（ QCC） in reducing the loss of inpatient pharmacy drugs and improving the service quality of inpaitient pharmacy. Methods： The QCC was implemented for reducing the loss of inpatient pharmacy drugs,and the effect of which was evaluated. Results： The loss of inpatient pharmacy drugs decreased significantly,which decreased to 39. 4% after implementing QCC. The effect of QCC action was good. Conclusions： The QCC action can reduce the loss of inpatient pharmacy drugs,and promote the rational use of the limited medical resources.
