摘要
中职特聘教师是为解决中职师资数量不足和专业课教师缺口问题而设置的,是云南省中职教育用人机制的一项创举。特聘教师由于其身份的"特殊性",反映到教学上,既有其长,亦有其短。对特聘教师的教学情况进行问卷调查、深入实地访谈和分析,总结其优势及不足,有利于改善他们的教学工作。
The appearance of special-hired-teachers in secondary vocational schools is to solve the problems of insufficient teachers and professional teachers gap, and it is a pioneering work of employing mechanism for vocational education in Yunnan Province.Reflected in teaching, the special identity of special-hired-teachers has its strengths and weaknesses. It is helpful to improve their teaching work by making the questionnaire survey, in-depth interviews, analyzing teaching for special-hired-teachers, and summarizing teaching advantages and disadvantages.
