摘要
学生成功素质培养遵从了现代高职教育发展理念、符合高职院校办学规律。本文以深圳信息职业技术学院计算机信息管理专业高职人才培养实践探索为背景,从理论上剖析了信息管理专业高职学生成功素质的内涵,在此基础上分析和阐述了信息管理专业在成功素质培养目标下的"双线并举"差异化人才培养模式以及校企多元化实践教学培养路线。从高职学生成功素质培养的角度全新审视了对高职学生的合理评价,以此推动高职学生以成功素质为导向的全面协调发展,并带动和深化信息管理专业教学改革和人才培养模式改革。
The cultivation of students' success quality complies with the modern higher vocational education development concept,in line with the law of higher vocational schools. With exploration of talents of higher vocational for computer information management major in Shenzhen Institute of Information Technology as basis, firstly, a theoretical analysis of understanding intensions of success quality for students majoring in computer information management is carried out. Secondly, the double-linebased talent cultivating mode and the diversified practical education mode are proposed based on the school-enterprises cooperation. Furthering, a new view on higher vocational student evaluation is given to promote students' overall development and deepen teaching reform for the specialty of computer information management.
