日本工程教育专业认证及对我国的启示

Japanese Higher Engineering Education Accreditation and Its Enlightenment for China

作为高等教育评价的重要组成部分,工程教育专业认证受到越来越多的关注,各国纷纷建立工程教育认证制度,并积极加入相关国际性组织。日本于2005年加入《华盛顿协议》,成为该组织的第一个非英语国家正式成员,其在工程教育专业认证方面的经验对我国有很大的借鉴意义。通过介绍日本工程教育专业认证制度的建立背景、认证现状、认证标准,并分析其工程教育专业认证的特色,可以对我国工程教育专业认证提供若干启示。

As an important part of higher education evaluation, Engineering Education Accreditation has attracted more and more attention. Many countries have established Engineering Education Accreditation system and taken part in relevant international organizations. Japan became the signatory of ＂The Washington Agreement＂ in 2005. As the first non-English speaking country of the organization, Japan＇s experience in Engineering Education Accreditation can provide reference to China. The paper introduces the background of its establishment, certification status and standards, and analyzes the characteristics of its Engineering Education Accreditation, in hope of providing some useful enlightenment to China＇s Engineering Education Accreditation.
