多层螺旋CT胃血管成像对腹腔镜下切除胃癌的应用

Application of Multi Slice Spiral CT Angiography in Laparoscopic Gastric Resection for Gastric Carcinoma

目的探讨利用多螺旋CT胃血管成像辅助腹腔镜下切除胃癌手术的效果。方法选取2011年1月至2012年12月来我院就诊的腹腔镜下切除胃癌患者52例,治疗前后对比观察多层螺旋CT胃血管成像辅助治疗效果。结果多层螺旋CT准确显示患者胃左动脉52例,胃左静脉52例,胃右动脉51例(另外一例仍能够发现细小管径)。多层螺旋CT显示胃左动脉、胃左静脉敏感性和阳性预测值均为100%,胃右动脉敏感性为100%,阳性预测值为98%。结论多层螺旋CT胃血管成像能够准确有效地辅助腹腔镜下切除胃癌手术,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of multi slice spiral CT angiography-assisted laparoscopic gastric resection for gastric carcinoma. Methods 52 patients with gastric carcinoma treated with laparoscopic gastric resection in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were selected. The curative effect of multi slice spiral CT angiography was observed. Results Multi slice spiral CT accurately showed left gastric artery in 52 cases, left gastric vein in 52 cases and right gastric artery. The sensitivity and positive predictive value of left gastric artery and left gastric vein were all 100%, and the sensitivity and positive predictive value of right gastric artery were100% and 98% respectively. Conclusions Multi slice spiral CT angiography can effectively assist laparoscopic gastric resection for gastric carcinoma, which has high clinical value.
