尿沉渣仪与显微镜检测尿液白细胞和红细胞的结果对比分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的比较UF-500i尿沉渣仪与显微镜在检测尿液中白细胞和红细胞结果的差异性。方法对我院收治的1 000例晨尿标本分别进行UF-500i全自动尿沉渣分析仪检测和显微镜检测尿沉淀,比较两者的检测结果。结果 UF-500i尿沉渣仪组RBC男性阳性率、WBC男性阳性率、RBC女性阳性率、WBC女性阳性率分别为25.17%、25.52%、26.17%、27.10%,分别显著高于显微镜组的17.48%、19.93%、16.82%、20.09%(P<0.05),总阳性率也显著高于显微镜组(P<0.05)。结论 UF-500i全自动尿沉渣分析仪具有快捷、方便等临床优势,但检测结果存在假阳性。在临床应用中可先使用UF-500i全自动尿沉渣分析仪进行初步筛选,再使用显微镜镜检确保无误,这样既能够大大减少工作量,又提高了检测的准确性。 Objective To compare the results of urine red blood cells(RBC) and white blood cells(WBC) detected by UF-500 i urinary sediment analyzer and microscope. Methods 1 000 samples of morning urine selected in our hospital were detected by UF-500 i urinary sediment analyzer and microscope respectively, and the results of two methods were compared. Results The positive rate of male RBC, female RBC, male WBC and female WBC of UF-500 i urinary sediment analyzer was 25.17%, 26.17%, 25.52% and 27.10%,respectively, significantly higher than 17.48%, 16.82%, 19.93% and 20.09% of microscope(P〈0.05), and the total positive rete of urinary sediment analyzer was significantly higher than that of microscope(P〈0.05). Conclusions UF-500 i urinary sediment analyzer has the advantages of fast and easy, but there are false positive test results. In clinic, UF-500 i urinary sediment analyzer can be used for preliminary screening, and microscopic examination for recheck, so as to reduce the workload, and improve the accuracy of detection.
