摘要
目的探讨改良无痛纤支镜检查的临床应用价值。方法选择92例行无痛纤支镜检查的患者随机分为两组各46例,对照组采用传统无痛纤支镜检查,观察组采用改良无痛纤支镜检查。观察两组患者检查前(T0)、插镜过声门(T1)、检查时(T2)、检查结束时(T3)4个时点的心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、脉搏血氧饱和度(Sp O2),观察两组患者的满意度、苏醒时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组T1、T2、T3时点HR、MAP显著低于对照组T1、T2、T3时点,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组T1、T2、T3时点Sp O2显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度显著高于对照组,苏醒时间显著短于对照组,不良反应发生率显著少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良无痛纤支镜检查(静脉麻醉下经喉罩外接呼吸气囊辅助呼吸行纤支镜检查)效果显著,患者耐受性良好,满意度高,苏醒时间短,简便易行,安全性高。
Objective To explore the clinical value of advanced painless fibrobrochoscope. Methods Ninety-two patients with painless fibrobrochoscope were randomly divided into two groups, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional painless fibrobrochoscope, while the observation group was given advanced painless fibrobrochoscope. The heart rate(HR), mean arterial pressure(MAP), saturation of blood oxygen(Sp O2) before checking(T1), right at passing glottis(T2), during checking(T3) and right after checking(T4) were observed. Patients' satisfaction, waking time and adverse reactions were observed. Results HR and MAP at T1, T2 and T3points of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at T1, T2 and T3points, with statistical differences(P0.05); Sp O2 at T1, T2 and T3points of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group at T1, T2 and T3points,with statistical differences(P〈0.05); Compared with control group, the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction rate,obviously shorter waking time and fewer incidence of adverse reactions, with statistical differences(P〈0.05). Conclusions Advanced painless fibrobrochoscope(fibrobrochoscope is conducted under intravenous anesthesia combined with connection of rebreathing bag through laryngeal mask for assisted respiration) has the characteristics of remarkable effects, good tolerance, high satisfaction, short waking time, simple operation and high safety.
